I was travelling to Essen for a city break. Location next to metro. The rooms with extra beds and good breakfast plus extra towels.

I loved this hotel, its super location & ENTHUSIASTIC staff. I had well-kept standard room with double bed and extra towels and good breakfast. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. I could park the car nearby.

The hotel was magical and offered fair prices. Plenty of food at continental breakfast including bangers, bread, pastries and cakes to order. Incredible view, a large balcony, really big bed, too. Staff were useful and provided decent service;))

An individual safe, flat-screen TV and a couch bed in our family room were realy useful during our stay. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like La Passione, set within 10 minutes walk or so;)))

Westviertel neighborhood was definitely worth visiting. We could visit one of our favorite spots Stammhaus Krupp really close to the hotel. Essen Central station was about 15 minutes walk away. Public parking for those who drive.
